Data Deletion Instructions

Yantram Animation Studio Corporation ("Yantram Studio") respects your right to have your personal information deleted. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens afterwards.

How to request deletion

Email hello@yantramstudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

Your full name
The email address or phone number you used to contact us
If your request relates to Instagram or Facebook, your username on that platform
A short description of what you would like deleted

What happens next

We acknowledge your request within 3 working days
We may ask one question to confirm your identity, so that we do not delete the wrong person's information
We complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity
We email you when it is done

There is no charge for this.

What we delete

Your name, email address, phone number and company details
Enquiry form submissions and email correspondence
Project files, drawings and reference material you sent us
Your record in our internal customer system
Any comment data we hold in connection with our own social media accounts

What we may keep

We may retain limited information where the law requires it:

Invoices, payment records and tax documents, which Indian law requires us to keep for a set period
Records needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim
Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you

Anything retained for these reasons is stored securely and used only for that purpose.

Instagram and Facebook data

We use tools built on the Meta Graph API to manage our own Instagram and Facebook business accounts. Through these tools we access our own posts, our own performance statistics, and public comments left on our own posts.

If you commented publicly on one of our posts and want your comment data removed from our records, email us as described above and we will delete it. You can also delete your comment yourself directly on Instagram or Facebook, which removes it at the source.

We do not store private messages, personal profile data or contact details of people who simply follow or view our accounts.

Revoking app access

If you previously authorised an application connected to your own Facebook or Instagram account, you can revoke that access yourself at any time:

Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select the app → Remove

Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → select the app → Remove

Revoking access stops any further data being shared. To also delete data already held, email us using the process above.
